As a result of the stratospheric success of the Harry Potter™ film franchise, Warner Bros© sought to expand its collection of official merchandise to incorporate a range of collectable sterling silver charms accurately representing official characters and props from the films.
Our solution
Our high-resolution 3D scanner produced STL files from official models, allowing us to modify and scale them down to the size of charm. The wax models created by our in-house Solidscape 3D printer were sent for casting and signed off by Warner Bros©. These prototypes were then used to produce masters ready for manufacture.
